Product Returns & Warranty:

• Return Timeframe: Returned items must reach the warehouse within 7 days of RA issuance; the customer is liable for return shipping damage.
• RA Verification: Returns without a valid RA or those that do not match RA details will be rejected.
• Proof of Delivery: Customers must maintain proof of delivery and provide a copy to the RA team.
• Warranty Handling: Warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer through repair, replacement, or credit; vendor lead times may apply.
• Warranty Voidance: Physical damage due to misuse voids the warranty.
• No Fault Found: If vendor testing finds no fault, the customer is responsible for all vendor charges.
• Restocking Fees: Restocking fees apply based on product condition; consumables have a higher fee.
• Unopened Goods Returns: Unopened goods can be returned within 7 days with applicable restocking and shipping fee deductions.
• Damaged/Used Returns: Damaged or used returns may result in higher deductions or no refund.
• Faulty/Damaged on Arrival: Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 7 business days; photographic evidence is required for shipping damage within 24 hours.
