BANKOMAT BM-204 Mix Value Cash Counting Machine for Indian Rupees
Simplify everyday cash handling with the BANKOMAT BM-204 cash counting machine. This mixed denomination note counter counts both the number of banknotes and the total value of mixed Indian rupee notes. It supports new-series ₹10, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200 and ₹500 notes, with UV/MG counterfeit detection, a colour LCD and an external customer display.
Mixed INR Note Counting for Everyday Cash Handling
Count Note Quantity and Mixed Denomination Value
Reduce manual counting when preparing daily cash totals. The BM-204 counts mixed Indian rupee denominations and displays the total value, note quantity and pieces of each denomination, helping you review cash collections at your counter.
Counting Speed of 1,000 Notes per Minute
With a specified counting speed of 1,000 notes per minute, this currency counting machine supports efficient cash processing. Batch and add functions help organise counting tasks, while automatic start, stop and clear functions simplify operation.
UV/MG Counterfeit Detection and Clear Visual Alerts
Checks for Suspect Banknotes While Counting
UV (ultraviolet) and MG (magnetic) detection help identify suspect notes during counting. The colour LCD changes to red when the machine flags a potentially non-genuine banknote, prompting you to inspect it.
Detection limitations: No counterfeit detection system should be treated as a guarantee that every fake note will be detected. Very old or heavily damaged notes may trigger a suspect-note alert. Sticky notes can cause feeding errors. This machine is not intended to identify torn or taped notes.
Colour LCD, External Display and Practical Design
Customer-Facing Counting Display
The colour LCD provides a clear view of counting results, while the included external display lets customers view the count from the other side of the counter.
Retractable Handle and Plug-In Operation
A retractable hidden handle makes the machine easier to carry when needed. Its heavy-duty construction is designed for regular use. The BM-204 requires a plugged-in power supply; it is not wireless or battery-operated.
What Is Included in the Box?
- BANKOMAT BM-204 note counting machine
- External customer display
- User manual
How to Load Notes and Reduce Feeding Errors
Prepare and Align Banknotes Before Counting
- Stack notes uniformly on the hopper to help prevent jams.
- Separate sticky notes before loading them.
- If notes fly out, adjust the hopper.
- Load ₹10 notes carefully because their smaller size can make feeding more difficult.
- If notes get stuck, try counting a smaller stack at a time.
Keep the Machine Clean
Keep the machine sheltered from high-dust conditions and maintain cleanliness for consistent operation. Follow the user manual for handling and maintenance instructions.
Frequently Asked Questions About the BANKOMAT BM-204
Does the BM-204 count the value of mixed Indian rupee notes?
Yes. It counts the total value of mixed supported INR notes as well as the number of notes. Supported denominations are ₹10, ₹20, ₹50, ₹100, ₹200 and ₹500 in the new series.
Why might a genuine note trigger an alert?
Very old or heavily damaged notes may be flagged as suspect. Notes stuck together can also cause an error. Inspect flagged notes and separate sticky banknotes before recounting.
