1. Set the slide switch to “AUTO” position, at the same time, the machine is on standby; put the shredding paper, vertically into the entry, there after, it starts up automatically and does shredding; it returns to standby automatically after finishing.

2. When shredding is going to finish, if there is little paper in the entry, please press the “clear” button to cut the paper completely.

3. When jam caused by inserting too much paper, or want to withdraw the paper immediately at the normal shredding, please set the slide switch to ”REV”, at the same time, the machine does the reverse rotation and return the paper that has not been shredded; then put the switch to “OFF”.

4. Set the switch to “REV” position, at the same time, the machine is ready for cutting CD and credit card, put the CD and credit card, vertically into the entry, then set the slide switch to “OFF” position, when finish cutting.

5. To ensure your machine has a long use life and exerts good shredding function, please refer notice the maximum number of shred paper, and shred one piece of CD or credit card at one time. To exert its power at the most, please notice it as follows: work continuously for 2 minutes; rest for 60 minutes, that is one cycle. It can not work continuously more than 3 cycles.
